An initial consultation, up to one hour, is FREE for general estate planning, estate administration, probate, GUARDIANSHIP or a family law matter if you bring your completed Questionnaire with attachments and all decision-makers attend; otherwise, we charge by the hour. An initial consultation for long term care planning with Medicaid &/or VA Pension costs $500. We charge by the hour, in one-tenth of an hour (6 minute) increments, for all time spent on real estate, corporate and other business matters, or for any advice outside the initial consultation when you have not engaged us under a flat fee agreement. Any quote we give you for a flat fee is binding if we receive all requested information and are engaged to commence work within 30 days. We accept Visa and MasterCard but assess a 2% surcharge when doing so. Please come to any initial consultation prepared to pay the initial consultation charge (for Medicaid/VA, real estate, etc.), and/or one-half of any flat fee, or a retainer for hourly work.

She loves working with people.
Monty has been with Ball Corley PLLC for six years and serves as our receptionist and Office Manager. Monty will answer your call, schedule an appointment, greet you with a smile when you come through the front door, and otherwise make your visit to our law firm as relaxed, pleasant and stress-free as possible. Monty is a Notary Public and will often assist with the signing of estate planning documents.

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration she worked for International Business Machines in Little Rock, Kansas City and Dallas for 13 years. Mary is married with 2 adult children. She enjoys gardening, golf, needlework and playing bridge.
Mary handles the billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable at Ball Corley PLLC. She also acts as a courier when needed. Mary can answer general questions regarding any invoice to or from the firm.

After graduating from Parkview Arts/Magnet High School she attended the University of Central Arkansas before transferring to Central Baptist College where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physical Science. In her spare time Zellecka loves spending time with her family, friends and two dogs (Dolla and Nova).
Zellecka joined Ball Corley PLLC five years ago on a part-time basis. She began as a file clerk but now assists with the initial draft of certain ancillary documents which are critical to a comprehensive estate plan. Once an estate plan is complete, Zellecka handles the filing of deeds and certain other trust funding tasks, the enrollment of clients in DocuBank, the organization and compilation of each Estate Planning Portfolio, and the delivery of that Portfolio to our clients.
